Cancellation Policy – All Services (Excluding Cosmetic Tattooing)
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
You may reschedule or cancel with 24+ hours’ notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-shows (failure to attend without notice) may be charged the full treatment amount before being able to rebook.
Please refer to our Late Arrival Policy for details on how lateness may affect your appointment.
Cosmetic Tattoo Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
If you need to reschedule, 48+ hours’ notice is required for the deposit to be transferred to a new booking.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 12 hours, no-shows, or failure to confirm attendance at least 12 hours prior will be charged the full treatment amount.
If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be cancelled and the full treatment fee will be charged.
Late Arrival Policy – All Services (Including Cosmetic Tattooing)
Please arrive on time to ensure your full service can be provided.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, cancelled, or marked as a no-show at our discretion.
If you anticipate being late, please contact us as early as possible. While we will try to accommodate minor delays, this is not guaranteed.
If you fail to attend your appointment and do not notify us, it will be treated as a no-show, and you may be charged the full treatment amount.
For cosmetic tattooing, you must confirm your appointment at least 12 hours prior via the confirmation text message sent out. Failure to confirm may result in your appointment being marked as a no-show.

Eligibility
Cosmetic tattoo services are available to clients 18 years or older. Clients must not be under the influence of alcohol, illicit drugs, or have consumed caffeine or alcohol within the past 24 hours.Consultation

Clients must be free from infections, open wounds, or active skin conditions (such as eczema, psoriasis, or sunburn) in the area to be treated. You must also disclose any conditions such as cold sores, keloid scarring, bloodborne diseases (e.g., Hepatitis B/C, HIV), or if you are a transplant recipient. A recent dental or medical check-up is recommended if applicable (e.g., for lip blush).Two-Part Procedure
Cosmetic tattooing is a semi-permanent procedure that requires two sessions. Final results will only be visible after both the initial session and the touch-up.Pre-Care & Aftercare Compliance
Clients are required to follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions. Poor compliance may result in reduced pigment retention or healing issues. If lips are excessively dry or cracked at the time of a lip blush appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and a rebooking fee may apply.Risks & Outcomes
You understand and accept the risks involved, including but not limited to scarring, allergic reactions, pigment fading, and infection. Sun exposure and skin type can also affect long-term results.Appointment Deposits and Cancellations

Acknowledgment and Consent:
You understand that lash extensions involve the use of adhesives and tools that may cause allergic reactions, irritation, or damage to your natural lashes.
You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to inform the technician of any changes in your medical history or allergies.
You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided to maintain the appearance and health of your lash extensions.
You understand that lash extension retention varies by individual, and touch-ups may be required to keep your lashes looking their best.
You release Defined Beauty and its technicians from any liability associated with the lash extension services provided.
Lash Fill Guidelines:
Lash fill appointments are 45 minutes long. To maintain fullness and lash health, we recommend booking your fills every 2-3 weeks.
At least 40-50% of your lash extensions should remain for a fill appointment. If less than 40% remain or if it has been more than 4 weeks since your last fill, the appointment will be considered a full set, and standard pricing will apply.
Foreign Fill Policy:
A 20% surcharge will be applied to any fills on lashes not originally applied by Defined Beauty. This fee ensures the additional time and products needed to blend and match your existing extensions.

Clients who purchase the teeth whitening package deal (which includes an initial 60 or 90-minute session and a 30-minute touch-up) must schedule their touch-up appointment within 6 to 8 weeks of the original treatment.
For best results, staying within this window is highly recommended.
Please note: Touch-ups are only valid for up to 12 weeks after the initial appointment. After this period, the complimentary touch-up will no longer be redeemable, and a new session must be booked at the standard rate.Refund Policy

Non-Permanent Service
Tooth gems are temporary and typically last between 3 months to 24 months, depending on placement and aftercare. Defined Beauty does not guarantee the longevity of the gem.

Aftercare Compliance

Removal and Replacement
Should you wish to have the gem removed, please book an appointment for professional removal. DIY removal is not recommended. If you lose the gem and would like it replaced, a new appointment and fee will apply.

Terms and Conditions Agreement for Permanent Jewellery
Our technicians follow a thorough inspection process to ensure your jewellery is properly welded before you leave your appointment. If your permanent jewellery breaks at the weld site within 48 hours, we will re-weld it at no additional charge.
We cannot offer replacements, refunds, or discounts for lost chains due to the personal nature of the wearer's lifestyle, occupation, or other external factors beyond our control.
With parental consent and accompaniment, we will weld permanent jewellery on individuals under the age of 18. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All individuals are responsible for their jewellery once it is placed on their body; please refer to the above terms for lost jewellery.
Upon completion of your appointment, you will receive an aftercare kit. This kit includes instructions on how to properly care for your jewellery, along with a polishing cloth to keep your piece in good condition. Please note that the chain itself cannot be replaced during rewelds, regardless of where it has broken, including if it broke outside the weld site.
Permanent Jewellery – Release and Waiver of Liability
By booking an appointment for permanent jewellery with Defined Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Permanent jewellery involves welding a piece of jewellery directly onto your body. While the procedure is safe when performed correctly, it carries potential risks, including:
Minor burns, discomfort, or irritation
Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity
Temporary or permanent injury
Damage to personal property
Financial loss related to any complications
Additionally, by visiting our premises, you acknowledge the potential exposure to COVID-19 and other contagious illnesses, which may result in health complications.
2. Voluntary Participation
You confirm that you:
Are voluntarily undergoing the procedure, fully aware of any risks involved
Are in good health and have no medical conditions that could be affected by the procedure
Do not have symptoms of any contagious illness and have not been in contact with an infected person in the last 14 days
3. Release of Liability
By proceeding with the procedure, you agree that Defined Beauty, its employees, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss that may occur as a result of your appointment. You waive any claims against Defined Beauty, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.
4. Health & Safety Compliance
You agree to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by Defined Beauty, including any recommendations regarding hygiene and protective equipment. If you feel unwell or unsafe at any time, you will notify us immediately and stop the procedure if necessary.
5. Medical Treatment & Costs
If medical treatment is required as a result of the procedure, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any associated costs and release Defined Beauty from any liability regarding such medical care.
6. Agreement & Consent
By booking an appointment and proceeding with the permanent jewellery procedure, you confirm that you have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms.
